**NEW** GIRLS IN STEM MONTLY CLUB

Due to the success of our annual conference we are pleased to announce the Girls in STEM Monthly Club

This club is open to girls in grades 6 - 9. It meets on the first Saturday of every month starting on October 1st, 2016 and ending with the Girls in STEM Conference on May 6th, 2017. The exact dates are: Oct 1, Nov 5, Dec 3, Jan 7, Feb 4, Mar 4 and Apr 1 (with the conference on May 6). Students enrolled in this program will have monthly workshops and seminars that will engage them in various topics in the STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).

Workshops will be lead by female members of various departments throughout the year and most will have a hands-on component to them. The materials covered in the class will be seperate from standard school curriculum and pre-requisite knowledge is not required.

For students wishing to take part in both the Fall/Spring Saturday Math Clubs and this program a discount code can be provided for the overlapping classes (please contact us prior to registering to inquire).

The cost for this program is $160. Limited BURSARIES are available.
